My current favorite smoothie. Not too sweet, not heavy. This serves one to two people. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Varsha's Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie


1 banana
1 cup cashew milk (I like the Elmhurst brand. It’s shelf stable and contains no gums, fillers etc).
2 tsp. cocoa powder
1 or 2 dates, pitted
1 tbsp peanut or almond butter
1 pinch of salt
1 cup raspberries
2 tsp. flax seeds

Optional add-ins:
A teaspoon of Chaga or Camu Camu powder. I also like to add 4 tablespoons of Tejari superfood protein powder to this. It keeps me full for hours!
