I have two core beliefs when it comes to wellness: 1) It’s simpler than we often make it out to be and 2) I’m an 80% crunchy mom. Eighty percent of what I consume and do is very, very crunchy, healthy, wholesome, or whatever you like to call it. The other 20% is a bit more “fun” and less disciplined. I believe this works for me. So why share a bunch of wellness products when wellness is supposed to be simple?
