You already know that a high protein breakfast is KEY to steady blood sugar, even and steady energy throughout the day, fewer cravings, less hunger, less PMS and brain fog, a greater ability to fight against muscle mass loss, and so much more. The list really does go on forever and I’m SO encouraged to finally see women of all ages get out of diet culture and fill up their plates with real, whole foods instead of green powders and overly processed shakes for breakfast. There’s so much more to life than just a number on the scale and fueling your body with a high protein breakfast is the best way to ensure that you reach both your weight and aging goals gracefully.

I’ve been sharing high protein breakfast ideas on my Instagram for quite a while now and after popular demand, decided to compile my favorite ones into one post to help you along with your high protein breakfast meal prep. As a mom of two with a new business in the works and a current full marathon training schedule, I don’t leave my breakfast up to chance and plan it ahead of time, either the full week or at least the night before. It’s really the only way to make a high protein breakfast happen for me when we’re busy trying to get the boys out the door, lunch prepped, the kitchen cleaned up, a load of laundry going, and homework signed. I’ve really enjoyed putting together these recipes, short cuts, and suggestions so I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
